1. Measure Nauclea : Take 1 gram of Nauclea leaves per 150 ml of water. For a more robust infusion, increase the quantity to 10 grams of herbal tea.
2. Infuse : Place the Nauclea leaves in a heat-proof container. Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the leaves for a classic cup or 50 ml for a stronger cup.
3. Let it Rest : Cover your container and let the leaves steep. If using 150ml of water, a 5-7 minute infusion is ideal, or steep for 10 minutes with 50ml of water for a higher concentration.
4. Customize : After brewing, strain to remove leaves. If you wish, add a touch of honey to sweeten and enrich the taste of your herbal tea.
5. Consume : Drink a cup of this infusion in the morning on an empty stomach to stimulate your digestive system, and another in the evening for its calming and pain-relieving effects.
