1. Measure the Ingredients : Take 1 gram of each ingredient per 150 ml of water. For a stronger, more concentrated infusion, increase the quantity to 10 grams of each herbal tea.
2. Infuse : Place herbs and spices in a heatproof container. Pour 150 ml of boiling water for a mild cup or 50 ml for a more intense cup.
3. Leave to Rest : Cover and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes with 150 ml of water or for 10 minutes with 50 ml of water to maximize the extracts.
4. Customize : Filter to remove plant residue. Add a teaspoon of honey if desired to sweeten the infusion.
5. Consume : Enjoy a cup of this infusion in the morning on an empty stomach and another in the evening to benefit from its toning and beneficial effects on health.
